A tenants' charter, the first of its kind in the State, is to be launched in the Mansion House for Ballymun today by the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Senator Joe Doyle.
The charter outlines the responsibilities of Dublin Corporation's Ballymun regional office to the residents and vice-versa. "By setting agreed standards, the charter contributes to the ongoing process of improving services," said Mr Gerry O'Donoghue, Ballymun regional officer.
