Two teenagers have been charged with arson endangering life and possession of articles with intent to cause damage by the PSNI tonight.
The two (15 and 18) will appear before Newtownards Magistrates Court on December 23rd.
The charges relate to an arson attack on apartments in the Bristol Park area of the town on November 3rd last.
