Two teenagers were in Garda custody in Bray, Co Wicklow, yesterday following a stabbing in the town at about 12.15 a.m. yesterday. A young man and his girlfriend were walking with another couple down the main street of Bray when they were "verbally abused" by a group of youths, according to gardai. One member of the group produced a knife and stabbed the young man in the abdomen. He was taken to hospital where his injury was described as "not life threatening".
