Two burglars who stabbed an elderly woman to death and then set fire to her body and house, were ordered by the judge to be detained in custody at the Secretary of State's pleasure at the end of their trial yesterday.

Adrian Wilson (19), from Cavehill Road, Belfast and Colin King (18), from Newington Avenue, who had admitted burglary but denied murdering Mrs Bessie Robson (84), a retired schoolteacher in her home at Bellevue Park, Belfast on December 29th, 1994 showed no emotion at the unanimous jury verdict.
