A 14-year-old boy has been injured in a shooting in Cork city.
The incident took place in the Blackpool area of the city at around 2pm today.
According to gardaí, the boy was with a group of youths when shots were fired from a passing car.
The boy has been taken to hospital with minor injuries. No arrests have yet been made.
