Teachers vote to ban boy

NOTTINGHAM - Teachers have voted not to give lessons to a boy who was allowed back to school after being expelled. Graham Cram (12) was permanently excluded" from Hebburn comprehensive, on South Tyneside, last year for allegedly assaulting a teacher, but has since been reinstated against the wishes of the school's head.
