TD wants more jobs for disabled

A Fine Gael TD, Mr Michael Finucane, has called on local authorities and health boards to observe Government guidelines which stipulate that at least 3 per cent of their employees should be disabled. He said the 3 per cent guideline had been Government policy for some time, but was not being adhered to by any of the public health boards or by the majority of local councils.
