London - The unladen 22,000-ton chemical tanker pulled by a tug from rocks in south Devon was freed "in the nick of time", operators of the rescue vessel said yesterday. The Panamanian-registered Santa Anna was hauled off the foreshore near Hope's Nose, Torquay, south Devon, by the tug Far Minara on Thursday night.
