Judgment will be given in the High Court on Monday in a case in which two companies which bought a Tallaght deboning plant are in dispute over the distribution of the proceeds of its sale for £380,000.
Hand Foods International Ltd, Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin, is seeking an interlocutory injunction to restrain Hibernia Meats (Dublin) Ltd, of the same address, from dissipating the proceeds of the sale of plant.
Miss Justice Carroll said she would give judgment on Monday.
