BARBADOS - Leaders of the 14 member Caribbean Community emerged from their summit meeting with President Clinton, saying future relations looked far rosier than they had going into the meeting.
The leaders on Saturday signed a 30 page declaration and plan of action covering a wide range of trade and security issues, as well as pledges to cooperate in areas such as education, disaster preparedness and telecommunications.
