ISLAMABAD - Pakistan and India yesterday agreed an agenda for peace talks that for the first time includes their explosive dispute over Kashmir.

Another summit between the countries prime ministers, who met in the Maldives last month, is also on the cards. The two foreign secretaries will hold a third round of talks in September in New Delhi.
