Kabul - A senior official of the Afghanistan Islamic Taliban movement, Mr Wakhil Ahmad Motawkhil, yesterday denied any connection with militants accused of killing 62 people in Luxor last month. The six gunmen were later killed.
An Egyptian minister recently said that one of the militants had received training in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
