Swatch promises Internet watches

Geneva - Swiss watch group Swatch is planning to put on the market new watches offering Internet access and phones in the coming two months, Swatch boss Mr Nicolas Hayek said yesterday. The Internet watch will afford its user speedier and easier access to e-mails and the Internet from any computer, thanks to a personal identification number registered in a microchip.
