A teacher who has been on full pay since his suspension 10 years ago by his school board was yesterday ordered by a High Court judge not to picket Mayfield Community School in Cork, where he was employed up to 1990.
Mr Denis Tobin (54), a metalwork teacher, of Park Court, Ballyvolane, Cork, was also refused an order directing his restoration to the teaching staff of the school. But Mr Justice Kearns told him he could appeal that refusal.
