LONDON - The woman whose telephone conversation with the Duke of Edinburgh (74) was taped by a "snooper is Lady Penny Romsey, the wife of one of Queen Elizabeth II's cousins, the Sun claims today.
Lady Romsey (43), is one of the royal family's inner circle of friends. She is married to Lord Norton Romsey (46), grandson of Earl Mountbatten.
