Gardai are not treating as suspicious the death of a student during a basketball game in Athlone last night, it has been confirmed.
It is understood the man collapsed suddenly during the game at the Athlone Institute of Technology last night.
He was the third student to die in Co Westmeath under such circumstances in the last six months. A post mortem was being carried out today.
