BRISBANE - Two New Zealand stowaways who went missing after jumping from a Malaysian container ship last month have been found alive and well in the remote Australian outback by a group of local Aborigines, police said.

The two, twin sisters Sarah and Joanne Ingham (21), jumped ship with a sailor off Princess Charlotte Bay in the far north of Queensland state three weeks ago.
