The rock group, Status Quo, has been forced to cancel a concert in Northern Ireland tonight because of the French lorry drivers' strike. Members of the group have arrived in Belfast but their equipment has been held up by the blockade at Calais.

They were due to play two nights in Belfast and one in Dungannon, Co Tyrone. It is hoped that the other shows can be saved.
