Lausanne - Switzerland's highest court handed an Israeli spy a suspended one-year prison sentence yesterday for his role in a botched 1998 wiretap by the Mossad secret service. The Federal Court also barred the Mossad agent from the country for five years after finding him guilty of political espionage.
