Buenos Aires - Argentine police have arrested a man they suspect of being the "Spiderman" thief who unnerved upper class districts of Buenos Aires with daring burglaries of high-rise buildings using ropes.
Police told reporters they had surprised the man after he had broken into a ninth-floor apartment in the exclusive neighbourhood of Belgrano, just as he was about to escape to the ground using a rope attached to a balcony.
