Seoul - An appeals court session has upheld a three year jail sentence passed on the son of the outgoing South Korean President, Mr Kim YoungSam, for influence peddling and tax evasion, television said. But the court allowed him to go free, abiding by a decision to allow him to stay on bail, it was reported.
