COLOMBO - Sri Lankan authorities have found 14 soldiers guilty of massacring 24 Tamil civilians, military sources said yesterday.
The soldiers were found guilty by a military court of killing the civilians on February 11th in the village of Kumarapuram, in eastern Trincomalee district, the sources said.
