The mother of Stephen Restorick, the British soldier who was murdered in south Armagh in February, plans to stand outside the gates of Stormont holding a picture of her son as politicians arrive for the Northern Ireland peace talks next week.

Mrs Rita Restorick says she wants her vigil to remind party leaders of the human cost of political failure in the North.
