EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana said today he hoped for a "constructive response" at his meeting with Iran's top nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili in Geneva on Saturday, but added he could not guarantee success.
"I hope we will have good news to communicate to you ... but I cannot guarantee success," Mr Solana told reporters at a conference in Berlin.
