GLASGOW - A social works chief who described ecstasy as a "relatively safe drug" has said she would never condone drug taking. "Drug misuse is illegal and unsafe and I would never condone the taking of ecstasy or any other drug," said Ms Mary Hartnoll, director of Social Work for Glasgow.
