Six youths held over Limerick murder

Six youths have been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a man in Limerick last month.

Six youths have been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a man in Limerick last month.

Patrick Coleman (33) a father of two, who was originally from Co Kildare, died from injuries sustained when he was attacked on September 3 rdas he walked home from a night out in the city.

His body was later discovered at his home in John Carew Park.

Three teenage boys later came forward to help gardaí with their inquiries.

All those arrested are under 18. They are being questioned at a number of Garda stations around the city.
