Six people were taken to hospital in Dublin today after a car and an ambulance crashed.

Six people were taken to hospital in Dublin today after a car and an ambulance crashed.

The injured included a child, who was being transported in the ambulance from hospital in Waterford to Crumlin Children's Hospital.

The crash happened at the junction of the Naas Road and Kylemore Road at 1.40 p.m.

Although the ambulance overturned in the incident, none of the injuries is believed to be serious.
