SINGAPORE - Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong said yesterday his position and Singapore's stability could be questioned if his party fared badly in polls today, even though it already has won continued control of the government. The ruling People's Action Party (PAP) is guaranteed a majority after the election because 47 of the parliament's 83 seats are not being contested by the opposition.
