A number of shots were fired at a house in Clondalkin last night.
Gardaí say the incident happened at a house on Lindisfarne Vale shortly after 11pm.
Two people were in the house at the time, but no one was injured. The shots damaged the front door of the house and two cars parked in the driveway.
A Garda investigation is under way.
