A single shot was discharged through the front door of a house in Blanchardstown, west Dublin, last night in an incident involving two hooded men.
The owners of the house in Sheepmore Grove were watching television and their children were asleep upstairs when the shot was fired shortly before 10.30 p.m. No one was injured.
