Shopping centre evacuated after fire alarm

A Marks & Spencer outlet in Dublin has been evacuated this evening after fire alarm was reported at the building.

A Marks & Spencer outlet in Dublin has been evacuated this evening after fire alarm was reported at the building.

Scores of evening shoppers were cleared from the Jervis St building shortly after 6pm. Sources at the scene said the building was cleared in an orderly fashion and that there was not sign of smoke.

A spokesman for Dublin City Fire Brigade said four units were attending the scene.
