However, it's not the storyline but the game that matters and Shellshock is far better than the storyline suggests.
You are one of this unfortunate quintet, and start your mercenary life at the bottom rung. You must, by successfully? completing missions, upgrade your hardware so that you can move onto some of the more difficult tasks facing these renegades
At the wheel and turret of a M-13 Predator tank, you are given 25 specific missions to complete. Shellshock is far from easy, and even the first mission requires several attempts before you can advance to the next.
Thankfully the game is not frustratingly difficult, although you will have to build some sort of a strategy before facing the enemy. Being gung ho and trigger happy won't get you very, far.
Shellshock represents about, as much fun as you are likely to have in a tank.
