JERUSALEM - The Israeli Infrastructures Minister, Gen Ariel Sharon, plans to build two Jewish cities in the West Bank that would bring 100,000 more settlers to the disputed land, a spokesman said yesterday. The project has not yet been approved by the Prime Minister, Mr Benjamin Netanyahu.
