Copenhagen - Some 163 million people in the world become infected annually with venereal diseases such as chlamydia, syphilis and gonorrhea, a medical report published here Tuesday said.
Twice as many women as men are contaminated by a venereal disease during sexual intercourse, said the report, released by 7,000 gynaecologists and 3,000 pharmaceutical industry employees attending a medical congress
