A Dublin man who sexually assaulted his sister-in-law has been remanded on continuing bail to December 18th for sentence at the Central Criminal Court. The 32-year-old plumber, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to the offence which occurred on October 2nd, 1994.
Mr Justice Flood warned the man that his bail was conditional on his undertaking not to go near the victim.
