A Derry man accused of sexually abusing a 13 year old boy in the Creggan home of his ex wife maintained his innocence while being questioned by police, Belfast Crown Court heard yesterday. Mr Joseph Gerard Lewis (49), from Lislane Drive, also denied ever being in the house with his co accused, Mr John David Harkin (21), of Circular Road, who "has admitted sexually abusing the boy and another teenager three years, ago.

The trial was adjourned until Monday when the court will hear medical evidence from two doctors.
