SEOUL - The South Korean Red Cross will offer more food aid to hunger-stricken North Korea despite a border clash earlier this week, a Seoul Red Cross spokesman said yesterday.

The South Korean organisation sent a message to the North, saying it had accepted the North's demand that Red Cross talks on food supplies be held in Beijing next Wednesday, he said.
