A man was recovering in St James's Hospital, Dublin, yesterday from injuries sustained in a beating last night. A gang of eight men wearing hoods beat up two security guards on duty at Park West Industrial Estate in Ballyfermot. The men were tied up during the incident which occurred around 12.30 a.m. Robbery is not believed to have been the motive.
