TAMPA - A Florida man has sued a restaurant chain, claiming he found a condom in his sweet potato pie.
The lawsuit claimed Mr Dalvin Stokes was eating at a cafeteria in Winter Haven, Florida, last March when the object appeared in his dessert spoon. It "had the appearance of having been utilised for its intended purpose," the complaint said. The restaurant denies the allegation.
