A second man has been charged with possessing the gun used in the murder of Mr Richard Jameson, the alleged leader of the UVF in Portadown.
Mr Robert Samuel Scott (37), from Oldtown Street, Cookstown, Co Tyrone, was due to apply for bail in the High Court in Belfast yesterday. But his lawyer said difficulties had arisen in regard to sureties.
