Police in Northern Ireland have charged a second man in connection with the discovery of parts for a 250lb bomb in Co Armagh.
The man will appear in court tomorrow charged with possession of explosives with intent to endanger life and conspiracy to cause explosions.
Yesterday, Daire McKenna (22) was remanded in custody after being charged with possessing explosives.
