Northern Ireland manager Lawrie Sanchez won't be contacting Neil Lennon about a possible return to international duty.
It will be up to the Celtic midfielder to make the first move if that is his ambition.
Sanchez said: "My stance is the same as it was on the first day. It is for the player, not just Neil, but any of the players who have retired, to come back and say they want to play again.
"To say I am going to speak to Neil, that's not the case."
