LONDON - British government health chiefs yesterday reassured parents over the safety of an anti malaria drug despite the death of a six year old. The unnamed girl was prescribed Lariam to protect her against malaria during a holiday in Nigeria, but she had a severe reaction on her return to Britain and died.
