BAGHDAD - President Saddam Hussein of Iraq has ordered that a new mosque be built and another be restored to mark his birthday each year, Baghdad radio reported.

For Saddam's 60th birthday on April 28th, a mosque will be re opened in his home town of Tikrit north of Baghdad, his engineering director, Mr Hussam Khadouri said.
