HANOVER - Unknown saboteurs brought much German rail traffic to a near standstill in a series of incidents early yesterday. Anti nuclear activists have tried to block rail traffic several times in the last two years in protest against a nuclear waste dumping ground at Gorleben, 120 km from Hanover.
