Seoul - A Seoul-based Russian diplomat left South Korea yesterday, expelled after Moscow did the same to a South Korean diplomat last week and accused him of spying.
"Oleg Abramkin left this afternoon," said an official. "And the South Korean government is now watching how Moscow will respond. We will determine our next move according to theirs."
