Moscow - The Federal Security Service (FSB) here yesterday announced the arrest of a Russian national it said was in the pay of British intelligence.
The FSB accused the Estonian secret services of "direct involvement" in the espionage case. Russian officials declined all further comment, while the British Foreign Office in London said: "Our policy of never commenting on intelligence matters is well known."
