CONCERT and theatre promoters will have to indicate in advertisements any additional charges for members of the public making advance ticket-bookings, the Dail was told. This follows an order, made this week by the Minister of State for Commerce, Science and Technology, Mr Pat Rabbitte, which becomes effective on May 12th.

Mr Rabbitte was replying to the Fianna Fail deputy leader, Ms Mary O'Rourke, who said the booking fee was an unjust measure and "a rip-off on consumers".
