An RUC spokeswoman said a search for petrol bombs was carried out in the Garvaghy Road area of Portadown yesterday morning and that 16 crates of bottles were found. Meanwhile, the Garvaghy Road Residents' Coalition has claimed security forces moved into the district early yesterday to measure roadways and entries along the proposed route of the Drumcree Orange parade on July 5th. A spokesman said it was being seen as a sign "that the British government intends to force the Orange march through the area".
