RUC bomb disposal experts last night made safe an explosive device which was left in a car at Whitehill Road in Carnlough, Co Antrim.The device, consisting of a beer keg with a powder substance and electrical component parts, was removed for forensic examination. Police were alerted to the device after receiving a telephone warning at midday yesterday.
